Unlike typical matcha drinks that use culinary grade matcha, we use stone-ground Matcha intended for tea ceremonies. Enjoy the rich umami and creamy foam that stands up to the milk.
HOW TO BREW美味しい淹れ方
カップにスティック1本分を入れ、
よくかき混ぜてください。
Empty one stick into a cup and mix well.

SECRET RECIPE裏ワザ・アレンジ
抹茶アフォガート
バニラアイスに、お湯を半分の量（70ml）で濃いめに溶いたカプチーノをかけてみてください。
Matcha Affogato: Dissolve the cappuccino in half the water (70ml) and pour over vanilla ice cream.
バタートースト
焼きたてのバタートーストの上に、お湯で溶かずに「粉末のまま」パラパラと振りかけてください。
Matcha Butter Toast: Sprinkle the powder directly onto hot buttered toast without dissolving it.
